Mokra Gora School of Management announces Vivaldi Leadership Forum 2018. with professor Malcolm McDonald, former Marketing and Deputy Director of Cranfield University School of Management. Professor McDonald was the guest speaker in December 2017. at Winter Vivaldi CMO forum, and lecturer  at Mokra Gora School of Management Strategic marketing program. Due to great feedback of Serbian marketing and sales managers, MSM decided to organize this Master Class conference by professor McDonald.




How to develop a brilliant strategy to grow sales and profits; how to prove it creates shareholder value?

This session is for all Directors and Senior Managers who are responsible for growing sales and profits. Its purpose is to spell out how to develop a world class strategy designed to create shareholder value.

It consists of three 90 minute Master Classes.

The vehicle used for the first will be ten crucial questions CEOs and CFOs are asking their marketing and sales colleagues – and the answers they should be receiving.  A methodology will be provided for evaluating quantitatively whether current market strategies create or destroy shareholder value.


How to manage big, powerful customers profitably; how to become the buyer rather than the seller?

The second will spell out the results of 22 years of research at Cranfield University School of Management into global best practice Key Account Management. For many companies, a large percentage of revenue is coming from fewer and fewer major customers. The potential rewards of this are high, but so are the risks, so it is vital that a robust and proven approach is adopted. Attendees will become experts in global key account management and will return to their roles with an agreed set of actions for dramatically improving their profitability.


How to prepare financially quantified value propositions; getting rid of the need to trade on price?

The third Master Class spells out a state-of-the-art methodology, developed and tested by Professor McDonald, for developing financially quantified value propositions.  It has been used very successfully by many multinationals as well as by many small medium enterprises. As a result of this Master Class, you will no longer need to trade on price and will be able to charge premium prices for your products and services.
