COURSE MODULES AT MEMBA 2.0
MEMBA 2.0 consists of 7 modules, each encompassing lead and guest lecturers, workshops, and relevant case studies.
Modules:
- Module 1: ECONOMICS – economic and socio-political movements in the world, region, and Serbia
- Module 2: FINANCE – corporate finance, analysis, investments and capital markets
- Module 3: CORPORATE MANAGEMENT – Management in the 21st century, leadership, and business ethics
- Module 4: STRATEGY – Strategic directions in business, marketing orientation and markets
- Module 5: INNOVATIONS – Economy 4.0, technology, processes and people
- Module 6: LEADERSHIP – Leadership in developing markets – Exploring Shanghai
MEMBA 2.0 offers more than first class education and skills in the mentioned fields, our program is focused on the personal development of the highest levels of management and encompasses:
- Personality development program,
- Career development planning,
- Visits to leading companies and analyzing their business models,
- Cohort trips abroad,
- Workshops,
- Business simulations,
- Guest lecturers
- Networking with MEMBA alumni community counting over 80 members
PROGRAM ORGANIZATION
The program takes place in our Belgrade and Mokra Gora campuses.
All program details are tailored to fit the seniority of the cohort and their corporate responsibilities. MEMBA 2.0 is organized in the form of 6 modules each of which lasts 7 days. Typically, a day consists of four lecturing blocks lasting 90 min each. Evening lectures and workshops may also be organized.
After completing a module, students will receive a project assignment regarding a applicable business situation to complete and turn in within 4 weeks of module completion. Project assignments must receive a pass from MEMBA 2.0 program directors and lecturers of the respective modules.
Final assignment – upon completion of all modules, students have 3 months to write their final assignment which must be practical and relevant to their field of business. The assignment is to be presented and elaborated in from of a commission and remainder of cohort and has a public character.
MEMBA 2.0 ALUMNI COMMUNITY
To date, the MEMBA 2.0 alumni group counts over 100 members, with over 15 years of career experience and exceptional success, throughout the Balkan region as well as the EU and Asia. All alumni members are currently holding executive positions or acting as business owners and are represented in a variety of industries.

STUDENTS AT MEMBA 2.0
MEMBA 2.0 is for c-suite executives with 10 or more years of career experience in management, with a strong drive for self improvement.
Students interested in MEMBA 2.0 are to submit their CV and then conduct an entrance interview with the program directors.

- Undergraduate degree or over 10 years of career experience
- C or c-1 management level
- Distinguished sense of business responsibilty
- Considerable career accomplishments

MEMBA 2.0 DIRECTORS
PROGRAM TUITION FEES
The total tuition for the MEMBA 2.0 program is EUR 6.000 + VAT and does not include accommodation and the student trip to Shanghai. Accommodation at our Mokra Gora campus and expenses regarding the excursion to Shanghai total approximately EUR 3.000 + VAT.
