During the four-day training, program participants will learn effective ways of strategic human resource management – from personnel selection, through their development and rewarding, career advancement to the principles and importance of HR’s function as a strategic business partner in companies, institutions and organizations.
Participants will understand all segments of human resource management, be able to perform professional and structured selection of employees, to set realistic and challenging goals, to monitor and evaluate the work performance of employees and reward them based on that. In addition, they will acquire basic knowledge of the legal framework in the field of personnel management, recruitment and dismissal of employees.
WHO IS THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR?
The module is intended for HR managers, HR professionals responsible for human resources development in the private and public sector, directors and / or owners of companies that manage human resources.
The lectures are accompanied by many examples from the extensive experience of the lecturers. In a picturesque and clear way, with the use of case studies from domestic and international business, in interaction with participants and various workshops that represent real examples from the economy, participants will be introduced to the concept of HR and its function in the company.
