BASIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
The Basic Management Program (OMP) is a publicly recognized business management program by the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development of the Republic of Serbia.
Hundreds of managers in Serbia have successfully completed this program and it is characterized by interactivity and rich experience of lecturers. This is one of the programs with the highest grades. Participation in the program enables managers to recognize situations that they may face in the future and to respond to them with fewer surprises.
The program includes the following topics: the role of managers in the organization; managerial effectiveness and efficiency; review of management theory and practice; processes of management, planning, organization, leadership and control, decision making, work organization and teams; cultural environment and organization, social responsibility and ethics.
WHO IS THE BASIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAM FOR?
The Basic Management Program is intended for managers who have recently been given managerial responsibility, regardless of their total years of work experience and previous education.
Program participants will address topics through introductory presentations, exercises, group work, simulations, role plays, demonstrations, study of educational films, and discussions analyzing positive and negative experiences from managerial practice. The added value of this program is in working with a mentor and analyzing personal career development that will contribute to your development as well as the development of your companies.
During the program, with a mentor, they will receive feedback on how to develop a plan for applying the acquired knowledge and skills in their work in order to plan a long-term successful managerial career.
