Considering the needs of our clients, we have prepared a variety of trainings for employees (in-house programs). All in-house programs are divided into 4 groups of competencies:
For each of these competencies, groups of programs have been created according to the best world practice adapted to the regional business environment and culture. All in house programs have standardized curriculums, experienced lecturers, and outcomes.
Experience shows that this type of program show much better results when performed outside the work environment, and therefore we offer these programs at our campus in Belgrade and in Mokra Gora, but understanding the needs of our clients, we are able to organize these programs in the premises of client choice.
Mokra Gora School of Management uses Microsoft Teams for online programs, currently the best tool of its kind on the market. It allows participants to interact with the lecturer and other participants in real time. It is possible to exchange materials, “chat”, to have Q / A sessions, and conduct surveys.
Microsoft Teams allows participants to access the curriculum, work plan and materials (presentations, instructions, exercises, video instructions) in electronic format and to have live interaction between program participants and with the lecturer throughout the program. Participants need a computer, tablet or mobile phone with an internet connection that has a suitable camera and microphone. It is recommended that participants have headphones to ensure quality. Participants should use devices that don’t have corporate restrictions or that the technical service allows them to freely use the above-mentioned tools for online learning.
During the entire duration of the program, participants have at disposal both lecturer and a coordinator who is in charge of the smooth running of the in-house program in operational terms.
