Misa Lukic is the Founder & CEO of NEW STARTEGY, the first business and brand design consulting company in South-Eastern Europe that brings transformational growth through business model innovation.
He is the co-author of the BusinessSapiens Model (Business Model innovation framework) and the WOWGenerator (business innovation tool).
Biography
As of March 2016, he is a Certified Business Coach and Energy Leadership Master Practitioner (iPEC – Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, London), and he lectures Business Innovations at Mokrogorska Executive Master of Business Administration (MEMBA 2.0). In 2020 he was recognized as the Serbian Business Elite of today from respectable business magazine Nedeljnik.
He is the founder and board member of FinTech Association of Serbia and member of the Advisory Board of Serbian Artificial Intelligence (AI) society. During a rich career path on the top management positions for the last 28 years, he successfully led five Marketing Communications Agencies in Eastern Europe and the Middle East. As regional CEO of Publicis Group, he was in charge of 30 countries of Central Eastern Europe, including the Baltics, Greece, Turkey, and some Central Asia countries.
Misa Lukic is the youngest laureate in the Adriatic region to receive The Life Achievement Award presented by the professional Serbian Advertising Practitioners Association (UEPS). In 2014 Serbian Chamber of Commerce awarded him for his contribution to the development and improvement of the economy in Serbia. Recognized within and outside of his company as a person of integrity and reputation, and based on achieved business results, Misa Lukic received the title of the “Manager of the year 2016# by the Serbian Association of Managers.
