Planning, organizing, leading, and maintaining control are basic elements of the managerial craft. Still, is that the sole purpose of managers? Do they have more of a responsibility than other employees?

They do because the decisions they make affect individuals, families, and society as a whole.

This is precisely why it is important to adopt healthy principles with regard to what characterizes successful leadership at the beginning of a manager’s career and thus create a good basis for a successful long-term managerial career.

The basic management program is intended for managers who have recently been given managerial responsibilities, regardless of the total years of work experience and previous education.

Program participants will address a number of different topics through introductory presentations, exercises, group work, simulations, role play, demonstrations, the study of educational films, and discussions analyzing positive and negative experiences from managerial practice.
