Slavisa Tasic is a professor of economics, researcher and policy writer. He has a BA in economics from the University of Belgrade and a PhD from the University of Turin.

He has held academic positions at universities in the USA, Eastern Europe and European Union. In addition to two books, Dr. Tasic has published well cited academic articles in the areas of behavioral economics, political economy and law & economics.

He also works as a consultant for companies, governments and international organizations. He is a public frequent commentator of policy issues and publishes a widely read newsletter at tasic.substack.com.
