Human resource management program

During the four-day training course, program participants will learn effective ways of strategic human resource management – from personnel selection, through their development and rewarding, from career advancement to the principles and importance of HR’s function as a strategic business partner in companies, institutions, and organizations.

Participants will understand all segments of human resource management, they will be able to perform a professional and structured selection of employees, they will have the ability to set realistic and challenging goals, to monitor and evaluate the work performance of employees and reward them based on that. In addition, they will acquire basic knowledge of the legal framework in the field of personnel management, recruitment, and dismissal of employees.

For whom is the Human Resource management program intended.

This module is intended for HR managers, HR professionals responsible for human resource development in the private and public sector, directors and/or owners of companies that manage human resources.

The lectures are accompanied by many examples from lecturers, who have immense practical experience. In a picturesque and clear way, with the use of case studies from domestic and international business, in interaction with participants and various workshops that represent real examples from the economy, participants will be introduced to the concept of HR and its function in the company.
