The Sales Management program aims to transfer the necessary knowledge and skills onto the participants, by including all the most important topics in the field of sales: sales management, goal setting, sales fundamentals (DSPM), sales organization management and motivation, sales, and marketing team cooperation, strategic (key) management, customer and commercial negotiation- topics which should be sought by any modern sales professional.

Based on the extensive practical experience nurtured by our lecturers (both lecturers have many years of sale and marketing experience in large international corporations), the latest research and trends in the local and international retail market, practical case studies and exercises that will use modern sales tools, participants will be able to master the processes of sales management, organization, and customers, all with the aim of successfully achieving sales results and creating a strong market position of the company.
