The Human Resource Management program is intended for all those who want to develop their careers in the human resource sector. It is designed to address the needs of a small, medium, and large business system whose management teams have been facing the consequences of a seriously destabilized labor market in the last few years.

Falling unemployment rates, inflows of foreign investment, population migration, and other global, as well as local trends, resulted in a lack of desired professional profiles, difficulties in retaining desired experts as well as problems in the degree of commitment and motivation of employees.

The program was created with the following goals in mind:
