HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT

The Human Resource Management program is intended for all those who want to develop their careers in the human resource sector. It is designed to address the needs of a small, medium, and large business system whose management teams have been facing the consequences of a seriously destabilized labor market in the last few years.

Falling unemployment rates, inflows of foreign investment, population migration, and other global, as well as local trends, resulted in a lack of desired professional profiles, difficulties in retaining desired experts as well as problems in the degree of commitment and motivation of employees.

The program was created with the following goals in mind:

  1. Participants should KNOW / LEARN the practical basics of HR processes, methodologies, and tools that will serve them to more effectively address the challenges they have with people in organizations.
  2. Participants should KNOW how to apply everything they have learned during the program in practice. The program is created based on tried and tested practices and represents compressed knowledge that is practically variable.
  3. To make the participants BETTER AND SUCCESSFUL in each of their professional roles in the organization (both as employees and as managers/owners).
