General Management Program
The General Management Program (GMP) is a unique management program that prepares middle management for key positions within a company. It is intended for those who have, based on prior business results, showcased their readiness to take over the most essential positions
The program is designed to provide participants three modules with a multidisciplinary and cross-sectoral understanding of business—all with the goal of providing a basis and foundation for progress to top levels of management.
A broader outlook on business
The best managers often face the problem of focusing excessively on the sector in which they work. Therefore, it is important to gain an understanding of the broader picture of business and cross-sectoral relationships within an organization. The General Management Program is tailored to make it easier for managers to look at a business from a different angle.
Worldly tools, local intelligence, and validation
During the program, students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with the world’s most colorful tools like the Predictive Index for psychometry or Business Strategy Game simulation of running a real company.
During the previous generations of the program, a questionnaire regarding career development has been developed, which we use to communicate with students regarding their future professional advancement.
The General Management Program is publicly accredited by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technological development.
A prosperous network of business contacts
During the program, participants will have the opportunity to meet 30 managers from a various number of Serbian and regional companies coming from different industries. Upon the program’s completion, you will join the General Management Program alumni club, which counts over 300 members and meets once every quarter.
